This carding machine is fifth carding machine,prototype as HDB carding machine,Omni seal and pressurization system can remove questions of stuck at feeding part, hanging fiber；Working principle:Even layer through multiple carding,wipe off impurity in the carding process,to be even layer;Main components:frame,stand platform,step,roller,grid,housing,suction device;Installed with 8 sets frequency changer all is individual control, respectively to control the feeding, cylinder, doffer, inner clutter, outer clutter ,output lattice ;Four rollers feeding with frequency control, installed with anti-metal alarm and auto-reverse function;

The whole line with PLC controlling, the controlling box is separated with the electric appliances. The separated electric box is installed with converter, PLC controller, and electric controlling components. It is usually put separated far from the production line. Operation box installed with touch panel.
