To loosen all kinds of fibers in bundles, then transfer them to
next procedure via blower fan. It is equipped with strong magnet to
absorb metal impurities. The pre-opening is by slice -style roller
to reduce fiber damage.
Working principle:Put the whole or half package fibers into the
input lattice,stir and break up at juncture position of spiked
lattice and flat lattice and drive by spiked lattice,speed of
spiked lattice cooperatively with even rollers and stripper roller
to control the raw material into the bucket evenly,outside weighing
bucket will control the error less than 5% in each bucket by sensor
and PLC,correct three buckets error through later compensation
program,operate it on HMI;
