High Capacity Cross Lapper For Needle Punching Nonwoven Fabric
1. Machine Description
After carding, fiber net is sent to double-belts cross lapper
through the non-skid curtain, it will be layered on the downside
curtain, then sent to next equipment by adjustable moving curtain.
Reciprocating movement with multistage speed control (PLC
programmed control, touch screen), 4kw motor frequency control with
PLC, 14M synchronous belt drive straight after, reversal time
within 20 microseconds to make sure the uniformity.
Feeding width: 1700mm-2700mm
Output width: 1900mm-9000mm
Feeding speed: 10m/min-50m/min
Output speed: 1m/min-10m/min
